What is your shipping policy?

We’ll ship anywhere USPS ships. We’ll confirm the total, including shipping for all orders, both domestic and international. **Plant orders are only shipped within the USA.

Do plant orders have a guarantee?

Yes! Our plants are guaranteed to be arrive healthy outside of any shipping delays/damage. Pictures are needed within the first 6 hours of receiving your package, however if you have any issues or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we are focused on making the transaction a good experience.

What if I don’t like my piece?

We are open to discussing options, however due to the custom nature of our products, most often we’ll provide a deep discount on a future purchase. However, we strive to make every client of ours happy beyond their expectations, so with that being said, please don’t hesitate to let us know how to make it right.

How do I order wholesale?

At this time, due to the custom nature of our products and hand picked plants, we don’t offer a wholesale option.
