DISCLAIMER FOR PLANT ORDERS

Plants purchased from us will always have actual photos of individual plants, and more photos can always be provided. Being shipped from Kaua’i, Hawai’i, all plants have to clear Agriculture inspection prior to being cleared to ship. California, Arizona, Texas and Louisiana require more steps in order to accept shipments from Hawai’i, which may lead to orders being cancelled/refunded. It’s on a case by case basis. Please note this when ordering, if you reside in these 4 states.

All plants will be shipped bare root unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of our custom products, there may be slight imperfections. We strive to have our pieces leave in immaculate condition, and we will be transparent in any and all issues that may occur during the production of your piece. Again, due the custom aspect of our artwork, your piece may not be exactly what you were picturing, as we strive to deliver excellence, please don’t hesitate to contact us to make it right.

Keep in mind that most orders will be fulfilled in a 2 week period, some orders may take longer due to the work load etc. Please rest assured that we’ll communicate clearly how long the turnaround time will be and we do our absolute best to provide you with the highest quality art piece possible.
